Our piano teacher, Joe, in Digbeth offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. He has been teaching piano lessons since 2015. Joe performs regularly as the in-house pianist at the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham, providing light music recitals in the lounge bar and solo music for coffee mornings and events. He plays regularly for weddings and funerals, both on piano and organ, and has performed with several tribute bands on keyboards such as mod indie band The Scandals. Joe also works as a musical director for several local theatre companies, and on the Year Out Drama course in Stratford Upon Avon. In these roles, he has conducted several musicals. This piano teacher regularly accompanies music examinations for vocal and instrumental students, and as a freelance musician, he accompanies choral rehearsals and concerts across the region. Joe has taught privately in Birmingham and Newcastle and works in schools across the region delivering weekly piano and voice lessons.
