Our piano teacher Freya offers piano lessons in all styles of music for all ages, from beginner to intermediate levels. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Freya has been teaching piano lessons since 2017. Freya is a performing artist in the United Kingdom and Europe. She uses a variety of electronic instruments and keys with a loop pedal to make experimental music in the art and music duo ‘Mermaid Chunky.’ Mermaid Chunky's music is based in an atmosphere of fun and humor. They perform regularly around London and the U.K. She also performs in a nine-piece post-punk band 'The Ümlauts.’ Freya has taught piano lessons to individuals and groups for many years. She is experienced in supporting students working towards music exams, but is also passionate about helping students to find their own independent music style. Freya aims to achieve freedom through creativity, as well as to help each of her piano students to do the same with their own music.
